This delicious and refreshing smoothie recipe has been my favorite all winter long. I’ve been using frozen berries and some greens that I’ve been able to harvest from my greenhouse during the last few months.

Kick Start Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons flax seed
- Add all ingredients into blender. Select ‘smoothie setting if provided. If not start on full blend at 5 second intervals
- Remove from blender and enjoy right away!
