Fresh Strawberry on Top of Parfait

For this recipe you will need

As shown in the video this recipe couldn’t be any easier.  If you don’t grow your own strawberries or have them on hand you can skip it.  This yummy granola mix actually has tiny tasty bites of strawberry in it.  YUM!!!   Basically layer the the ingredients starting with the creamy yogurt.  If you want to keep the recipe ‘vegan’ you can use vegan yogurt.  After adding 1/2 cup of yogurt to the dish I sprinkle on the dark chocolate and red berry granola.   Top with a little more yogurt and then fresh strawberries.  ENJOY!  Be sure to scroll down to get my printable recipe for this delicious treat.
