City of Portland only bloomed twice with single spray of small non-fragrant flowers. I will admit it was growing in mostly shade on the porch.
Mr. President Canna and City of Portland has beautiful leaves but even in full sun they didn’t really show much of a bloom time in my hardiness zone.
