Ultimate Brownie Trifle Recipe

- 2 12 oz containers of whip cream
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes of white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cup of milk
- 4 teaspoons of coffee
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) bag of heath toffee candy pieces
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions and allow them to cool.
- In a mixing bowl whip together the pudding packages and milk until it thickens. I use my KitchenAid Professional Mixer for this. You can also use a larger whip. The pudding gets really thick.
- Add coffee to the pudding mix.
- Fold in 2 cups of whipping cream. Be sure to safe the remaining whip cream for the top of trifle.
- Layer in favorite trifle bowl the following: 1/3 of brownie cubes into bowl, top with 1/3 of pudding mixture, pressing lightly, and 1/3 of chopped toffee.
- Crumble half of brownies into the bottom of a trifle bowl. Top with one crushed Heath Bar.
- Spread remaining whip topping on the top before sprinkling the Heath Bar on top.
- Refrigerate, preferably overnight, before serving.
