Salsa Corn Dip Recipe

1 (8oz.) package of cream cheese
1 oz. of taco seasoning
1 cup of thick and chunky salsa
11 oz. of whole kernel sweet corn
1/3 cup of sweet red peppers diced
1 small jalapeno chopped (optional)
Directions
In microwave-safe bowl soften cream cheese on High for about 1 minute.
Carefully mix in remaining ingredients - Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes - stir and repeat until mix is thoroughly heated.
Stir again before serving with corn chips or adding to favorite crock pot.
