Can you tell which pizza is my favorite?  I loaded mine with basil, tomatoes, feta, and black olives.

Container Under Lights

Tonight, in my home Pizza night was all about the basil.  Luckily, we’ve got tons of it growing indoors so there is plenty for other creative recipes. Nothing compares to homemade pizza with toppings you grow. The photo below features the basil I grew from seed to many harvests indoors this winter.  Check out some of my basil growing tips on my site. Over the past few years I always have basil on hand in the winter thanks to my hydroponic set up indoors.

This sauce can be stored for up to a week in the refrigerator, but I recommend using immediately.
