1/4 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
1/3 cup (50 grams) brown sugar
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup mashed banana, about 2 large ripe bananas
Preheat Oven Air Fryer to 350*f
In a bowl mix dry ingredients - set aside
Beat eggs in separate bowl - set aside
Mash 2 large pealed bananas with a fork in a bowl - set aside
Add butter, eggs, bananas and vanilla to the dry mix
DO NOT BEAT.. turn with spoon a few times making sure the batter is mixed well.
Spray 3"x4" baking dish
Gently pour mix into the baking dish
Put on lowest rack of Oven Air Fryer - bake for 40-55 minutes.
Use a wooden skewer to check to see if middle of the bread is done by sticking the stick in the middle of loaf - remove with no batter on it!

carefully shut the oven door!
Tap sides of pan before adding to oven
Coat with Oil Spray
3″x4″ pan fits perfect
Gently stir batter
add eggs and other wet ingredients
mash banana with a fork
peel ripe banana
read to bake!

poke in bread to see if done
use a skewer or tooth pick
DONE after 45 minutes on 350*F
