Rosa Ketchup and Mustard Shrub Rose in My GardenNo buns needed with this Ketchup and Mustard I just had to add it to my rose collection. In this post, you’ll see a few of my favorite images of the Ketchup & Mustard Rose.   The unique mustard gold undertones are just amazing.  Unlike any other rose, I grow in my Ohio home garden.

The Beautiful Ketchup and Mustard Rose

Bold and beautiful for sure. This shrub rose is the perfect size to grow in a container or tuck in the landscape of your home garden.  The mustard gold tones pop with the deep red all growing season as it blooms.  The leaves are dark glossy green with a continuous bloom.

About The Ketchup & Mustard Rose

Rosa ‘Ketchup & Mustard‘ is a lovely variety of floribunda rose with small clusters of very double, high-centered to cupped, ruby-red flowers, 3 in. across (8 cm), adorned with mustard yellow reverses and packed with up to 28 petals.

As the temperatures drop the mustard yellow/gold in the bloom gets BOLDER.  Kind of like when you leave mustard out and it gets air burnt! This rose is just one of those you will see and fall in love with making it a must-have. Be sure to ask your local Independent Garden Center if they will carry this rose in the upcoming season and maybe they can find one for your garden.   Just remember PP23289, Wekzazette, Floribunda, (Bédard, United States, 2011).

My roses were purchased from the Biltmore Estates Garden Center: Gardeners Place in 2012.  Below is a photo of the cut gate and sign out in front of the center.

I still can’t believe my husband let me load up the back of his new Mercedes with rose.
