Taco Tuesday could be any day of the week as long as I can have some over the board cuisine every day! In today’s post, I share a yummy Mango Guacamole Recipe featuring a Granite Molcajete set that is a must-have!
Mango Guacamole Recipe
My husband and I love this recipe at a local restaurant so much I had to create my own. The recipe for Mango Guacamole is super easy it just takes some patience when it comes to getting a ripe avocado. It appears it is best to pick out this fruit in mid-summer at the local market. I am growing 3 new avocado trees in my geodesic dome but so far – no fruit. The tree is pretty to grow and totally something to talk about here in Ohio. I recommend you give this recipe a try and be sure to tell me what you think. My readers are inspired to comment on this post at the bottom of the page.
This recipe is a spin-off of one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I want to note that this is not my image. This is from my Canva account stock photos. IF you want to learn more about that service please ask me. Check out my basic Guacamole Recipe.
The IMUSA Granite Grinder Set
