Dome Gardening Early April Update

Watching the video you will get to experience a little of the magic of growing year-round.  It is amazing each time I go into this growing space to see all the new growth.  This was a great year for the peppers that were wintered over and a few new accent plants.   Check out the images and more later in this post.

Dome Gardening Early April Highlights

Here is a collection of images from this day in the geodesic bio dome.  Scroll through each to see details on each image by clicking.

Lettuce bouquets are my favorite year-round in the dome.  The flavor of this Oakleaf Lettuce and Spicy Salad Mix Microgreens is super fresh and holding its flavor. As the temperature rises in the dome lettuce usually gets bitter but not this bouquet as of this April Dome Update.

Lavender WIN in the dome this April.  I am excited to repot the herb in its own container to move out to one of my patios this summer.  It was super nice to be able to brush up against the leaves and enjoy the aroma of fresh green lavender.  This plant bloomed a few weeks ago.
