Loaded Veggie Topping Ideas
I am a veggie-loving gal especially when it comes to pizza.. who isn’t? Here are a few of my favorites to grow and add to the homemade Pizza. I hope my suggestions encourage you to try growing some of your own veggies for pizza nite.
Arugula – One topping I totally love on pizza is Arugula. Arugala is super easy to grow and really stands out with it’s unique peppery taste. You can’t go wrong when you grow your own Arugula.
Eggplant – Many do not like eggplant and I think that is because they are use to Grandmas eggplant. The new patio varieties are perfect to harvest right off the plant and slice up for a pizza.
