Cranberry with Coconut Pistachio Chewy Bite S’mores Recipe

Honestly, when it comes to s’ mores you can use just about anything that blends well with marshmallow and chocolate.  Getting that ingredient to play nice with the melting process can be the issue.  I love using these little ‘healthy’ bites in smores because they hold together well.

This is going to be a fun s’ more! Who doesn’t love fruit, coconut, and chocolate?  Now let’s put it with a campfire toasted marshmallow to enjoy at camp.

You will need:

• A nice steady campfire (of course).
• 8 Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites or similar chews.
• 4 large marshmallows
• 1 bar dark chocolate
• 2 graham crackers (optional)

Directions:

Be sure to have that campfire going good so that the wood is radiating nice hot heat.  We use our favorite campfire cooking ‘fork’ I originally found at Aldi.  We have a few at the campfire ring at home and in our RV.  You can find this same product on Amazon. My husband is the ultimate marshmallow maker!  I don’t know how he does it but I do know you need to have patience and the RIGHT FIRE!  All I know is the marshmallows are NEVER burnt and they are so hot inside that they melt these Pistachio Chewy Bites down nicely into the dark chocolate.
