More About Mid-Summer Cut Flower Garden
In conclusion of sharing the photo dump today I want to list off the flowers that do best in late summer. Most of these plants I have been growing for well over a decade because the mid to late summer performance they put on in the garden. Here are those flowers:
- Dahlias
- Sunflowers
- Zinnias
- Okra Blooms
- Rose of Sharon Shrub
- Cosmos
- Climbing Beans | Painted Lady (edible)

Little grubby but that is ok.. the flowers do not mind! I had to do a selfie in this space because I am just so happy with how everything turned out so far this year.
