Creamy Salsa Dip with a Creatively Healthy Spin

Salsa is a staple in my diet and I’m always looking for ways to enjoy it with a healthy spin.  Today I chopped up some fresh raw vegetables and mixed up a creamy salsa dip.  This Creamy Salsa Dip with a Creatively Healthy Spin is way less calories then the fried corn chips I usually enjoy with my salsa.

Inspired by the Pritikin Health Spa  who was so kind to send me their creamy salsa recipe that I tweaked to fit my families diet.

dipping veggies in the salsa mix

I’m not sure which vegetable I enjoy most dipped in this creamy salsa dip. One thing for sure it is healthier then a handful of fried corn chips. I hope you will leave a comment to let me know if you tried this recipe and share a review.
