Cultivate Your Own Varieties
In today’s recipe feature, I’ve incorporated sweet red onions and gum drop tomatoes that I grew from seed. Earlier in the outdoor growing season, I also had a bountiful supply of spinach and arugula flourishing in containers. I highly recommend cultivating the following varieties from seed in your home garden, as they are incredibly rewarding and produce generous harvests:
- Red Onion from bulb
- Gum Drop Tomato
- Burpee Sun Dipper Tomato
- Arugula
- Spinach
I plan to highlight each of these in separate blog posts detailing how I grew them. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the post for any questions or feedback!
