About The Plant

I was truly amazed by the striking raspberry purple flowers that adorn the ‘Spiced Plum’, the most captivating color in the BARISTA® Collection. The rosy red flower buds and deep red stems are complemented by dense, olive-toned green leaves, resulting in a compact and well-rounded shrub.   Walters Gardens’ hybridizing team has developed a range of selections that are guaranteed to thrive in West Michigan’s climate. All members of this collection bloom on new wood, ensuring that you’ll enjoy a stunning flowering display year after year.
