Growing Geraniums from Seed Tip Newly planted white / rose geranium seedling. To grow geraniums from seed, sow seeds in early to mid-February indoors, using a seed-starting mix, and maintain a warm, moist environment before gradually acclimate seedlings to outdoor conditions.
