One of My First Book Reviews featuring Plants

I have had this delightful book for over a decade now. Plants with Benefits: An Uninhibited Guide to the Aphrodisiac Herbs, Fruits, Flowers, and Veggies in Your Garden was released in 2014 by St. Lynns Press. I received it as a gift in 2015 and promptly shared a brief review on my blog. Today, I revisited this engaging and inspiring book by creating a video that showcases the publication. Be sure to check out the video (vlog) along with my personal favorites that will motivate you to cultivate something new this growing season.

Comments:

This time around I was determined to learn from my mistakes. I watched endless gardening videos on YouTube and read everything I could about growing tomatoes. I amended my soil in the raised beds with compost. I got rid of suckers as soon as I saw them and planted garlic, basil and marigolds nearby.
