I’ve been reading some amazing books loaded with healthy lifestyle information like A Plant Based Life by Micaela COok Karlsen and FEDandFit by Cassy Joy Garcia. I can honestly say I feel a great this week after incorporating some of the helpful food science and recipe tips shared in both these publications into my daily lifestyle. The biggest challenge this week was cutting back on bread choices I normally make which were totally loaded with empty calories. I’m finding whole grain products to substitute my passion for the not so good breads that lack in nutritional value. The recipe below is a perfect option to eliminate bread from your menu using a granola to coat the chicken breast if you needs something other than a litely seasoned chicken breast.
