Salmon during the summer months served with fresh herbs and veggies from the garden has got to be one of the best thing about the growing season. Now create the dish healthy without added salt and oils is even better after the great workout enjoying the outdoors during the summer months. In today’s post I’m sharing one of my favorite ways to prepare salmon. I want to note that if you live in warmer climates or have a geodesic dome like me to grow in you can enjoy the fresh produce with this recipe year-round.
