Last visit to Aldi Supermarket I about screamed when I saw the Intercontinental Super Grains were back! In today’s post, I share one of my favorite ways to add fiber with low fat to my diet. The Intercontinental Super Grains Italian Theme Salad Recipe I created is one of my favorite healthy and energizing dishes.
Super Grains Italian Theme Salad Recipe
Ancient grains like brown jasmine, red quinoa, and farro wheat blends can be bland to taste. Adding favorite Italian spices and herbs is a necessity in my kitchen. A snip of lemongrass from the geodesic bio dome can be thrown in the grains pot as they cook adding amazing flavor. A pinch of fresh parsley cut from the geodesic biodome can be a great topper to the salad featuring grains as well. Using what you have on hand mostly is what this recipe share is about. Super grains are something that you can have on hand at all times because they store well.
