During this quick interview with Terra Wellington in the kitchen, I was able to ask some fun questions. Below are the questions and answers she provided.
1. Are you noticing on your network that more moms are starting to experiment with all the different products and plants that are available so they can grow fresh organic herbs and veggies for their families?
YES – April is National Gardening Month. A big trend right now is to get outside and grow your own food.
2. Do you have a ‘go-go’ herb that you are able to always have on hand for recipes – how do you store/preserve it to use in your dishes fresh?
Cilantro is a favorite to grow in small pots. You can add this herb fresh to salads, salsa, and soups!
3. What is your favorite season when it comes to whipping up a quick healthy meal.
Winter means its time to experiment and make up new soups. Summer is a great time to make salads using what is on hand from the garden.
