Spice Up Super Bowl with Healthy Roasted Garbanzo Beans

It’s almost the weekend … and Super Bowl Celebrations and you all know I’m all about the appetizers  at events so lets kick off Friday with this healthy spiced up treat.

Spicy Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Tabanero
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Tabanero Hot Sauce
  • 2 (15-oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained and towel dried

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a baking sheet and spread out in a single layer. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
