When I first requested 'Self-Talk for a Calmer You' by Beverly Flaxington I figured it would be a great book to share with others who maybe struggling with finding Peace in this day and age. With the USA election year hear the mud-slinging and negative promotions are every where and I know in my home my husband really needs to take a break and walk away from the news from time to time. I leave this book out on my book stand in the bedroom and from time to time quote a few of the awesome self help tips Beverly the self proclaimed 'Human Behavior Coach' wrote about. Maybe someday I'll see hubby reading the book ... but I'll tell you just sharing some of the exercises in this publication is really making a difference. Now back to myself because you know when you point at someone you've got 4 more fingers pointing back at ya! THis book is helping me BIG TIME with dealing with social media issues, gardening, weather, and a few other topics I deal with daily that I really can't control. Learning to 'listen to yourself' and relax is the key to living happier and finding peace daily. I hope you will consider looking up this book and ordering it! Don't forget to listen to the podcast where Beverly shares some amazing breathing tips and more!
