Santa Margarita DIY Mimosa Bar

Friends show up in the driveway unexpected and I’m covered in mulch!  Can you believe I’m more worried that I don’t have confectioners sugar in the kitchen to whip up this awesome Mimosa Bar?   This is a recipe DIY you will want to keep on hand for those unexpected guest and special occasions where you just want to kick back in the garden to celebrate.  I hope you will print this up an add it to your menu this summer season.

Santa Margarita DIY Mimosa Bar


  • Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore
  • Assorted fruits, sliced (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, etc.)
  • Assorted fruit juices (orange, mango, blood orange, lemonade, etc.)
  • 10 mint leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup confectioners' sugar


  1. Blend cups of confectioners' sugar, mint and lemon together in a blender until smooth. Chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide the mixture into glasses to add extra sweet flavor
  3. Pour Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore into each glass, stir
  4. Top with selected juice. Garnish each glass with fruit.
