Super Easy Beef and Barley Stew

Heading to the local Independent Garden Center with my friend Kate Copsey of today. It’s a cold 38* outside and after a long day it is nice to come home to a warm healthy meal. The recipes I’m sharing today is prepared in my slow cooker and is super easy to make. This is my first time preparing barley in a meal so I’m really excited to document this Hunt’s Recipe.

My son asked “Weren’t you out with your garden friend today Mom?”.  This meal will have your family guessing how did you prepared such a yummy meal while out of the kitchen.   I just love how easy it is to create great meals with a slow cooker and Hunt’s Tomatoes.


I had to take this photo quick because the family was lining up to get their serving quicker then I could hit the camera trigger!


I think the Hunt’s tomatoes are just as red as mine are because we both use a FlashSteam Method to prepare the product.
