This recipe was inspired by summertime pulled pork leftovers. The really cool thing about smoked meats from the summer BBQ is you can freeze it to use year-round. I hope you will take advantage of the print option on this post.
Note: Smoked beef, chicken or pork taste amazing in this salad. I’ve even tried my brothers’ famous smoked turkey in this dish!
I recently made my own pulled pork using my pressure cooker during the winter months. IT was super easy to do and taste almost as good as summertime on the BBQ pit smoker. If you want to create this meal in a hurry you can use pulled pork from your local restaurants like City BBQ or Sonnys. I’ve also tried the pulled pork they have prepared at Costco stores in this recipe.
