This strawberry, mango and coconut mousse recipe will leave you guessing if it really is a healthy dessert.  How can something so smooth and sweet be labeled under good for you.  You’ll have to check the ingredients list and trust me on this one. One of the ingredients is tofu. I use to be hesitant about making anything at home with tofu until a few years ago I found the perfect container to store the product in making it less intimidating to use in recipes.

  • Tofu Case Food Container

Most recipes I use with tofu do not call for the entire package and that is when using the product became intimidating for me. Something about this cute little container made me want to use more tofu in my menu. It makes it easier to drain the liquid that is in the tofu into the container so there is no mess on your kitchen works space..

Wishing you all a very Happy and Healthy Mothers Day!
