[alert-note]Happy Earth Day! [/alert-note]
I’m amazed at how many times my family and I have picked up this simple paper back copy of Mother Earth News Almanac : A Guild Through the Seasons for everyday information. As everyone engages the ‘Earth’ sharing what being Earth friendly is to them. This year everyone around the globe were chattering about the earth with the signing of the first global pact to fight climate change. I’ve always thought about out air, water and the earth even as a small child. I can remember playing in the grass at camp in the Midwest and then moving to the south and realizing the soil was so different and what if it were all to change to a clay where soft grass didn’t grow. When did you first start thinking about the resources we’ve been given by ‘Mother Earth’ ?
“World leaders from 175 countries signed the historic Paris climate accord Friday, using Earth Day as a backdrop for the ceremonial inking of a long-fought deal that aims to slow the rise of harmful greenhouse gases.” reports CNN
