NO … but if you want to cook-out again tonight and want to cut the carbs big time using up some of those fresh veggies you are growing this is THE recipe for you.  The grilling classic includes your flavor bomb tiny tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers and onions! Kick it up with this amazing garlic glaze added to the veggie loaded skewers. The Carrington Farms Garlic Flavored Liquid Coconut Cooking Oil is new to my kitchen and we love how it is all-natural, gluten-free alternative to traditional oils and butters.  I’m a HUGE fan of butter…. so you know this recipe is good if I’m recommending this today.
