How to Make Spiked Fruit Cubes

Spring is in the air … indeed! Today I’m sharing a few creative table settings I found online that go great with a super easy recipe I’m sharing.  This recipe will dress up your Spring table and requires no cooking but only a few hours to let the water freeze making this one of the easiest ways to pull together a quick party.

Spiked Fruit Cubes


  • 1 Bottle of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio Alto Adige
  • Assorted Sliced Fruit


  1. Fill ice cube trays with sliced fruit
  2. Carefully pour Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio Alto Adige over the fruit to fill tray
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours and serve in a glass with chilled Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio Alto Adige
