Did you know you can grow your own sprouts right on your kitchen counter top with no soil needed? I’m a huge fan of sprout seeds and this cute little kit featured below that can be found at Botanical Interest Seeds.  This is a fun growing practice or project to do with the kids during the winter months that will for sure pick your spirits up not to mention all the wonderful nutrients packed in this greens!

    I like to grow both sprouts and microgreens in winter months. I may try a window sill herb garden too.
