Gluten Free Chia Seed Peanut Butter Cookies

The peanut butter cookie is a classic in most kitchens year-round…. well at least in mine!  Carrington Farms added a healthy twist to this holiday favorite that I’m anxious to share with you during the Holiday baking season. These Gluten Free Chia Seed Peanut Butter Cookies provide an abundant source of antioxidants and fiber.  I’m new to using chia seeds in recipes and with nutritious facts like no cholesterol, sodium or sugars it will be something I will be sure to use in years to come.
