Nutty Cranberry Chicken Salad


2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Dash of sea salt

* whisk together the mayonnaise and the apple cider vinegar until smooth.
* toast slivered almonds in dry hot skillet
*combine chicken, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, and celery in a large bowl.
*slowly stir in mayo mixture
* refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving

This recipe is awesome on crackers or cresent rolls for any garden party lunch!
